NOTE: Health & Fire Application fees will be charged at time of reservation. JC will be sending your filled out applications to the health and fire depts together along with one master check written by JC Promotions for the fees. ***Make sure to send in your applications as soon as you are approved for a space.

Online Food Vendor Application – External link to Booth Central to Apply for Street Fair Food Vendor Spaces

Health Dept. Application Link Fee $100 Day, $200 Yearly (This permit is required for all food or edible product vendors)

Fire Dept. Application Link Fee $55 (Only apply for this permit if you are using propane, charcoal, gasoline or open flame, fryer, gas generator, etc.) Ansul Fire Suppression System -if you use an Ansul Fire Suppression System you will need all required maintenance & inspection certificates to be up to date.

All Mobile Food Truck Must have submitted with Paperwork below before any application is processed by a fire dept :

 ** Submit Reports for Kitchen Suppression and Hood cleaning report must be submitted with your fire permit application  *Submit Annual Inspection Report for LPG-Gas Containers and Fuel Gas Pipe System must be submitted with your fire permit application All Mobile Food Trucks must have Alarm installed in the truck as per the Fire Code  319.8.5 LP-Gas Alarms listed LP-gas alarm shall be installed within the vehicle in the vicinity of LP-gas system components, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required when serving ANY type of food, including prepackaged items. See the names of all parties that must be included on your COI below.
