• Online Food Vendor Application
• Health Dept. Food Vendor Permit Application Link – Fee $10 Per Event
• Fire Department Application Link-Fee $54 per event
  Only apply for this permit if you are using propane, charcoal, gasoline or open flame, fryer, gas generator, etc.)
• You must apply for Health and Fire Permits yourself for these Kearny events.
• Health and Fire applications must be downloaded & printed. (links above) Send filled-out permit applications back to Kearny Health & Fire Depts. as soon as you have been accepted.
• Note: If your forms are not received 3-4 weeks before the event by the Health & Fire Depts your reservation may be canceled and there will be no refunds or credits issued.

Ansul Fire Suppression System if you use an Ansul Fire Suppression System you will need all required maintenance & inspection certificates to be up to date.

All Mobile Food Truck Must have submitted Paperwork below before any application is processed:  ** Submit Reports for Kitchen Suppression and Hood cleaning report must be submitted with your fire permit application. *Submit Annual Inspection Report for LPG-Gas Containers and Fuel Gas Pipe System must be submitted with your fire permit application.

All Mobile Food Trucks must have Alarm installed in the truck as per the Fire Code  319.8.5 LP-Gas Alarms A listed LP-gas alarm shall be installed within the vehicle in the vicinity of LP-gas system components, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required when serving ANY type of food, including prepackaged items. See the names of all parties that must be included on your COI below.
Certificate of Insurance (COI):
Must be received by JC Promotions via email, fax, or mail…no later than 10 business days before your event.

Required parties to be listed as additionally insured on COI: Township of Nutley, JC Promotions, Inc., St Mary’s Catholic Church
