Elmwood Park’s “Community Day” Street Fair & Food Truck Fest

Street Fair is held 11am-5pm
Held along Market Street by St. Leo’s Church. This quaint semi-annual event brings out the lots of people from the community. It holds approximately 50 exhibitors, has music, food and a kids’ zone.
SHOPPING
If you like shopping outdoors then this is the place to be. We have approximately 50+ quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, and a special arts & crafts section.
FOOD TRUCKS
Come hungry and enjoy eating carnival food favorites like a wings, chicken & waffles, mozzarella sticks, rice & noodle bowls, kettle corn, chicken fingers, ice cream, shish kabobs, gyros, fresh-cut fries, pasta dishes, Panini & Italian Sandwiches, shaved ice, Italian ice, pickles/olives, and the many great gourmet foods from the food trucks. FIREWORKS
Enjoy the fireworks display at dusk. They will be located at Speidel Ave and can be viewed from the Elmwood Park High School field.
Vendors Space Description & Pricing
Crafters Corner: space size | 12’ x 10’ | $100 | this area is strictly for artisans and craftspeople. No retail or buy and sell is allowed here.
Retail Vendor Area: space size | 12’ x 10’ | $100 this area is for vendors selling new merchandise only. No second hand merchandise allowed.
Business/Promotional: space size 12’ x 10’ | $300 | this section is limited to how many promotional companies we accept into each event. Your space will be among the other vendors and not altogether. You are permitted to gather information from attendees, demonstrate, promote, give away promotional items, etc.
Food Vendors: $225 / Send a request to: foodservice@jcpromotions.info along with your menu and pictures of your truck or call the office for availability and application process (different than this application)
