Dear Community,

We are excited to announce the return of JC’s Flea & Vintage Fair, held at the historic Wallisch Homestead in West Milford, NJ. This popular event will take place monthy from May through October . Here are the dates that are left for 2026.

2026 Event Dates:
Aug. 16, Sept. 20, & Oct. 18. The event is open to the public from 9 am-4 pm. Admission and parking is FREE to the public.

Located just a short distance from JC’s former Vintage & Antique Fair at Ringwood State Park, this beautiful 99-acre site will host a dedicated vintage and antique section, along with a diverse marketplace featuring new items, crafts, and garage-sale finds.

Become a Vendor
We are currently welcoming all vendors, including local residents looking to sell their no-longer-needed items. Clean out those closets! Instead of paying for storage, join us to turn your items into profit. JC Promotions handles the marketing to bring the customers to you. Event Highlights
Exhibitors: We’re hoping to attract approximately 60 exhibitors offering antiques, collectibles, estate jewelry, coins, comics, furniture, and more. Of course, it may take some time to build to that number of vendors, but we are hopeful. We also need interested customers, so please take the time to visit us and help establish this ongoing market.

Food & Music: Enjoy a variety of selections from local food trucks and live music throughout the day.

Mission: This event is hosted by the Friends of the Wallisch Homestead, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the preservation of this historic site. The intent of The Friends of Wallisch is not just to save another old house. The Friends believe the Wallisch Homestead offers a variety of historic, cultural, educational, and recreational uses for both residents and visitors of all ages and walks of life.

Admission & Parking
Both admission and parking are FREE, with plenty of on-site space available. No longer will you be asked to donate $5.00. If you’d like to donate to the cause to restore the site, there will be someone on site with their own booth to do just that. It’s optional.

VENDOR INFO:
Space Size:
20’ x 20’ w/ your vehicle BIG spaces…we have plenty of room. The space is large enough to put up 2-10′ canopies, and your vehicle can stay with you at the space.

Pre-registered Fee: $50 prepaid. There will be a vendor registration button the the Wallisch page on JC’s website calendar. When you prepay, you can secure a steady space and do not need to wait in the vendor line. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather or any other reason, you will not lose your payment. It will be carried over to the following month and will appear as a credit on your online application.

Day-of Fee: $55, payable in cash. If you choose to, you may show up in the morning and get in line with the vendors. You will be asked to sign a vendor agreement, pay $55, and then be shown to your space.

Business/Promotional Vendors:
space size 12’ x 10’ | $100 | You are permitted to gather information from attendees, demonstrate, promote, give away promotional items, etc. This section is limited to 3-4 promotional companies that we accept into this event. We try not to duplicate services, so your company will have an opportunity to stand out.

Set up times:
JC will be on site by 6:30 am, when we will begin to set up vendors. The event is open to the public from 9 am-4 pm.
