JC will be sending your filled out applications to the health and fire depts together along with one master check written by JC Promotions for the fees. ***Make sure to send in your applications as soon as you are approved for a space.

Online Food Vendor Application – External link to Booth Central to Apply for Street Fair Food Vendor Spaces Online Health Dept. Application Link – Fee $25 (This permit is required for all food or edible product vendors) Online Fire Dept. Application Link – Fee $54 (Only apply for this permit if you are using propane, charcoal, gasoline or open flame, fryer, gas generator, etc.) Ansul Fire Suppression System if you use an Ansul Fire Suppression System you will need all required maintenance & inspection certificates to be up to date.
