Ridgefield Park Jazz Street Fair

Main Street will be transformed into a giant town block party, from Park Street to Cedar Street. This event is presented by the Ridgefield Park Board of Commissioners and each fall it brings out thousands of music lovers.
The fair is open from 11 am to 7 pm. The music and all the other activities will go on until 7 pm.

With 2 stages of music, check out the all-day entertainment schedule below. You’ll be sure to enjoy the lineup of talent in store for your listening pleasure. If you are a jazz enthusiast, you’re going to love this event.

VENDORS
We have quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, a special arts & crafts section, live entertainment, kiddie rides & games, great festival foods & food trucks, and so much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants & civic organizations to see what goodies they are passing out between Union & Essex Streets.
GOURMET FOOD TRUCKS
Come hungry and enjoy eating a wide variety of food favorites like a sausage & pepper sandwich, cheese steaks, kettle corn, chicken fingers, ice cream, zeppole, shish kabobs, gyros, fresh cut fries, fresh squeezed lemonade, Italian ice, all served by the local restaurants and gourmet food trucks.
KIDS ZONE
We also have The Kids’ Zone which is a section dedicated to children with kiddie bounce rides, slides and interactive blow-ups, face painters, sand art & kids’ games just to name a few things.

Vendors Space Pricing-Application Information
Crafters Corner: space size | 12’ x 10’ | $140 | This area is strictly for artisans and craftspeople. No retail or buy-and-sell is allowed here.
Retail Vendor Area: space size | 12’ x 10’ | $175 This area is for vendors selling new items besides arts & crafts and business promotional.
Business/Promotional: space size | 12’ x 10’ | $375 | This section is limited to how many promotional companies we accept in each event. Your space will be among the other vendors and not altogether. You are permitted to gather information from attendees, demonstrate, promote, give away promotional items, etc.
Local Merchants & Organizations (non-profit) from Ridgefield Park: space size | 12’ x 10’ | no fee if you have a business address in Ridgefield Park (documentation required). Use the registration button above and go through the process.
Non-local Organizations (Not Located in Ridgefield Park) space size | 12’ x 10’ | $100
Food Vendors: $200-$275 / New food vendors: send a request to: foodservice@jcpromotions.info along with your menu and pictures of your truck or call the office for availability and application process.
