This event sponsored by The City of Garfield and Garfield Events Committee will be held along Midland Avenue between Krakow & Elizabeth Streets from 10am-5pm rain or shine. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party. If you like shopping outdoors then this is the place to be.
We have quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items, a special arts & crafts section, live entertainment, kiddie rides & games, great festival foods & food trucks, and so much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants & civic organizations to see what goodies they are passing out.
We also have The “Kidz Traveling Shindig” which is a section dedicated to children with kiddie bounce rides, slides and interactive blow ups, face painters, sand art & kids games just to name a few things.
Vendors Space Pricing-Application Information
Crafters Corner: space size | 10’ x 12’ | $140 | this area is strictly for artisans and craftspeople. No retail or buy and sell is allowed here.
Retail Vendor Area: space size | 12’ x 10’ | $175 this area is for vendors selling other items besides arts & crafts and business promotional.
Business/Promotional: space size 12’ x 10’ | $375 | this section is limited to how many promotional companies we accept in to each event. Your space will be among the other vendors and not all together. You are permitted to gather information from attendees, demonstrate, promote, give away promotional items, etc.
Food Vendors: $250 / please call the office for more information

JC will be excepting applications for this event through an online site named Booth Central. Click the vendor button on the top left to go to Booth Central for the application. Sign up as a booth host.

This is an external booking site that handles JC’s reservations. It’s easy to use and once you fill it out your info will appear the next time you book an event. It does not keep your credit/debit card info.
The site will require you to sign up as a booth host. You will need to add an ID and password.
Once you are accepted into this event by JC, your credit/debit card will be charged. You will receive a confirmation from Booth Central with your payment and all event info from JC. Please add this address into your email contact list otherwise it may land in your spam folder.
