ABOUT
Join JC as we bring you another great venue to host our vintage and antique marketplace. Held outdoors on the beautiful grounds surrounding the Heritage Museum. In 2024, JC held this fair for the first time and it was gang busters. We had customers throughout the day, and most of the exhibitors reported making good sales.

The Heritage Museum is located in Ho-Ho-Kus NJ, an upscale community located in Bergen County. Ho-Ho-Kus that is surrounded by Mahwah, Waldwick, Wood Cliff Lakes, and Ridgewood, NJ. The site of the Hermitage Museum was designated a National Historic Landmark.

FRIENDS OF THE HERMITAGE
The Friends of the Hermitage, Inc. will be hosting this event. Organized in 1972 as a 501(c)(3), this corporation works to preserve and restore The Hermitage and provide programming at the site. To read more about this organization and their mission please click here.

EXHIBITORS
We expect approximately 60 exhibitors selling a wide variety of antiques, collectibles, vintage items, estate jewelry, coins, stamps, comics, sports memorabilia, furniture, dolls, and much more. As vendors book this event we will list them on this page along with a brief description of what they will be selling.

FOOD
Along with browsing the booths of many exhibitors, you may enjoy some delicious food from the many food trucks that will be there. All participating food vendors will be announced once we have them booked. They will be listed below.

MUSEUM TOURS
The museum will be open for walk-through tours. Here is a link with information on the Heritage Museum.

MUSIC
Throughout the day, you will enjoy the lively music by one of our regular performers. The participating performers will be announced once they are booked. Stay tuned!

APPRAISAL SERVICE
Bring your valuables and treasures. Between the hours of 11 am-3 pm, you will be able to have your items appraised by a certified appraiser, Jon Feltz of RZM Fine Arts & Antiques Inc. from Pearl River, NY. The fee is $10 per item appraised. (to be confirmed)

RESTROOMS & PARKING
During show hours there are indoor restrooms located inside the museum office building on site. Parking is on the grounds and at neighboring parking lots. You will see parking signs.

ADMISSION
Admission to the fair is $5 per person. Proceeds from this event benefit the Heritage Museum. Rain or inclement weather cancels the event, which will be announced here on our site, our office number, and JC’s social media event updates.

Space Size: 20’ x 20’ w/ your vehicle.

Reserved space fee: $75 prepaid

Day of Fee: $85 (this is with no reservations (you must be a vendor that has previously sold at a JC Vintage & Antique Fair so we know your merchandise. If not, then you must prepay and send in pictures of your items for approval).

Cancellation Note: If this event is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other reason, a prepaid vendor will receive full credit towards a future JC event of their choice.

Business/Promotional: space size 12’ x 10’ | $500 | You are permitted to gather information from attendees, demonstrate, promote, give away promotional items, etc. This section is limited 3-4 promotional companies that we accept into this event. We try not to duplicate services so your company will have an opportunity to stand out.
